Ayal Willner, MD is a board certified Otolaryngologist. He graduated from Cornell University before earning his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then received specialty training in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at several hospitals within the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and became certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology. Before entering private practice, he was an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Pediatrics at George Washington University. Dr. Willner is an active member of numerous organizations, including The American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, The Society of Ear Nose and Throat Advances in Children, The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, The American College of Surgeons, and The American Academy of Pediatrics.
Namrata Varma, D.O.
Namrata Varma, D.O. is a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist. After graduating from Touro University–College of Osteopathic Medicine, she went on to complete her residency training in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Michigan State University–Mclaren Macomb Hospital. She was then accepted into the Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship program at McGill University, where she was trained in a wide variety of pediatric ear, nose, and throat diseases, including chronic ear pathology, endoscopic and open airway reconstruction, velopharyngeal insufficiency, speech disorders, and sialoendoscopy (a newly emerging minimally invasive technique to treat obstructive salivary gland disorders in both adults and children). She is trilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Spanish.

Christy Beranek is an accredited Physicians Assistant who has been with our practice since 2002. She holds a Masters of Science for Physicians Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. Among many Deans List awards, Christy holds an award for #1 Class Rank at Western University. Christy is a member of the California Association of Physician Assistants as well as the Society of Ear, Nose, and Throat Advances in Children.
Claire Stopher, Au.D.
Claire Stopher, Au.D. has been a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser for more than 20 years. She studied Communicative Disorders and Audiology at California State University, Long Beach, earning her bachelor’s degree in 1990 and her Master’s in 1992. In 2009, she received her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University in Arizona. Dr. Stopher is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has extensive experience in both pediatric and adult hearing healthcare. She specializes in diagnostic testing, fitting advanced hearing aids, FM systems, connectivity solutions, and specialized earmolds.
