From the moment I walked into the office front desk staff were all very nice. I loved the nurse, she made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything and she always asked me if I was ok or if I needed anything. Dr Yoshpe was very patient with me. Constantly trying to make me feel good during the procedure. I am extremely happy with this office, staff, and doctor’s.

Dr. Varma was great! We were able to get in and out with all our questions answered. Very happy with the visit!

First of all, if I could give Dr. Beranek 10 stars if I would. From the first day that I met her approximately 1-1/2 years ago, I felt very comfortable with her, she's very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She explains things to you in layman's terms and makes sure you understand what she's saying and that you're comfortable with her diagnosis or recommendation. I know that I'm in good hands with Dr, Beranek. The assistants that get you ready for the doctors are also very friendly and courteous. The office staff is amazing, the ladies are friendly, patient and very courteous. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance processing and procedures. The waiting room is very clean and tidy. It gives you a very welcoming feeling. I would highly recommend Dr. Beranek and SCENT to friends and family.

I love Southern California Ear, Nose and Throat! I have been a patient since the prior century! It seems like forever. A perfect fit. I was in my mid-40’s or 50’s. I’m now in my mid 70’s. I love Dr. Willner, I love Christy, and in the brief time I’ve known Garrett, I am quite fond of him. They are all kind, caring, have a sense of humor and most of all are highly knowledgeable and competent in their areas of expertise. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!! AND (I am and all) PATIENTS ARE BETTER FOR IT! Also. And most touching and impressive, Dr. Willner (the practice?) has a decades long charity that provides services in underdeveloped and impoverished countries! WOW!🙏🏽 I believe the excellent ear drops the practice sells help to support the efforts of the charity! The support staff are always polite, pleasant and helpful. They follow-up. (Especially the young lady who scheduled my most recent FNA. And whose name escapes me - BRENDA?) They are all eager to be of service. I am grateful and consider myself fortunate to be a patient of this practice.

Dr. Yoshpe is an amazing, caring person. You can count on her! She’s an excellent doctor. Plus she truly cares about you. I have referred friends and they are impressed as well.

Dr. Marissa Schwartz is caring and great with kids. In providing care for my daughter, Dr. Schwartz thoroughly explained and calmly talked us through every step of the way. From that, the doctor not only made us feel more comfortable, but also gained my daughter’s trust in getting cared for by Dr. Schwartz.

The staff was very kind and my daughter was seen in a timely manner. The PA along with the doctor, explained in detail what our options were.

This was our first visit to SCENT and I was definitely pleased. We had a short wait, the staff was great and the doctor was friendly and informative. She made my 8 year old son feel comfortable. He was super nervous before we arrived… but she helped him feel okay 🙂
